Groups and Organizations
SUNDAY SCHOOL - Sunday School is held throughout the school year for children ages 4 through eighth grade. Bible lessons, crafts, singing and memory work are included.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL - Vacation Bible School is usually held in June, for children ages 4 through 6th Grade.  In 2011, VBS is scheduled for the following Wednesdays:  June 8, 15, 22 & 29, from 12:30-3:30 p.m.  There is no fee.  For more information or to enroll your child, click on Vacation Bible School 2011 on the side menu.

LADIES AID - The Ladies Aid meets once a month at noon year round. A shared meal, study of a Bible topic, and planning of church events are on the usual agenda.

LADIES EVENING GUILD - The Guild meets one evening each month during the school year. It meets in the evening because most of its members are in the workforce. Among the services they provide for the church is maintaing its cradle roll.

YOUNG PEOPLE'S SOCIETY - This is an organization for junior and senior high school students. The program is designed for Christian fun, fellowship and service. Once service they provide is our semi-annual highway cleanup. Meeting times vary.

PRAYER GROUP - Members will call one another whenever there is a new request for prayer. Monthly meetings throughout the school year update members on the result of prayer activities. Daily prayer in response to requests is a characteristic of each member.

SENIOR CHOIR - The Senior Choir is for members of high school age or older. Rehearsals are held weekly from October through April. The choir sings at many of our services and presents a Christmas Concert in December.

HANDBELL CHOIR - The Handbell Choir practices weekly during most of the school year, and performs during our services. Handbell members can be of any age that is capable of real participation.

CIRCLES - Zion's membership is divided geographically into six Circles.  Members of a circle take turns preparing the altar for worship services, assisting with church dinners and fellowship hours at various times, serving at funeral dinners for families in their circle, and assisting the church in various ways.  The individual circles hold meetings at varying times to plan their work and enjoy Christian fellowship with others in their circle.
